Just home from work dinner and I am hanging my head in shame. Also, am starting to feel a bit ill. Tony Romas is not PCP friendly.
The Good
Side salad no dressing, steamed veg, boiled prawns x 3. All no dressings or toppings.
The Bad
Chicken leg in hot sauce, inside of a potato skin, small piece of chicken that had some cheese and salsa on the top, 2 x diet coke.
The Ugly
3 x ribs, 2 bites of fried chicken after I had removed the breading.
The Really Ugly
3 bites of birthday cake and 2 bites of peach sorbet.
But then it is MY birthday tomorrow and I couldn't not have some of my own birthday cake.
All up it probably added up to an indulgence meal. Not totally jumping off a cliff but certainly teetering on the edge.
But am now home and Max is tucked up in bed. I am working up the motivation to do the workout. Those tricep dips are looking yuk. However, I did notice some tricep definition today.....

Update: Workout done!! Those last few bicycles were a bitch.
Ha, you rarely blow out, so just get back on the horse tomorrow. I actually cried during the bicycle today and didn't make it through to the end of the prescribed sets. I keep telling myself Patrick wants us to fail. Hang in there, tomorrow is another day. And the fact that you did all the above and then still got through the workout is epic!
ReplyDeleteI feel better mentally for doing the workout. I know myself well enough to know that if I let myself slip one day then it is a slippery slope to all out sloth.
ReplyDeleteBut I am still up as the food is not sitting well in my tummy. I may not have to worry about the after effects on my weight as the food may not be in me for long enough to be digested fully. TMI?
Oh my egging goodness. What was up with those triceps? I could hardly wash my hair in the shower this morning. Yikes those were killer! Happy Birthday Tracey, you deserve a little treat!
