there are overhead bars on the trains here, I always want to pull up on them, but we're squashed in like sardines most of the time so it's not possible. Perhaps we will manage a few before late August???
Conny - there is a small park near my house that has a little bar. If I hang off it with my knees bent I can give it another shot. There is no where in my house to hook up one of those over the door jobbies but I think it would be a bit of a waste on me as my inclines are still woeful.
Kevin - sardines - where are you located again? Canada? Can't be any worse than the squishy public transport in Tokyo. But the trains come every few minutes though so it is convenient.

Well a good try, that's how we learn. I am sure Pull ups and Chest dips are going to be tough for most of us.
