No this is not one of those "I hate skipping" posts that are so common on this blog. This is about my jumprope that has simply run out of juice. I picked it up this morning for my final workout and the battery on the digital counter had died - since yesterday.
Even my jumprope needs to take a break from PCP.
Anyway, I did my final PCP workout and counted my skips manually. NO TRIPPING. Then I opted for Day 3 as there was NO LUNGES. Body a bit sore from yesterday but all done and dusted in about 10 minutes. This last workout really highlighted how much progress has been made since Week 1 when I could barely do a push-up and was panting after just a few minutes of skipping.
Now breakfast!!
I will make my final post within a few days after I have taken some photos and added the appropriate amount of photoshop. :-)
I DID IT!!
You outlasted your jumprope!
ReplyDeleteYou have been an absolute rockstar. I don't know how else to say it... Just the unfaltering level of enthusiasm and energy thats clear in your results and your frequent upbeat posts on practically everyone's blogs. Not only have you kicked ass, but you looked after Max AND the rest of us sausages. Your contribution to the whole PCP experience has just been incredible... Kim and I repeatedly said that the Pucksters group needed to annex you.
Anyways, just wanted to gush a little... you definitely deserve it! Can't wait to see the final pics and read your wrap up!
Tracey, you aced it. You have been an absolute superstar and a constant motivator and inspiration for me. Am really looking forward to your final blog. I love being referred to as a "sausage" by Richard. Makes me feel warm and cuddly.
ReplyDeleteDid I like the supersets? In a word, NO. Am very glad that is the last superset that I have to do for a while. But am very happy to have done them and to quantify my own set of goals. Will sit down with all of this tomorrow. Have my workout scheduled. Hope it won't take too long as first day of school for the kids, so need to get up super early to do it all. My new PC life starts together with the kids!
Very well done Tracey !
ReplyDeletegreat achievement !
