Skipping done before breakfast - I did 550. Thank goodness for the counting widget on the skip rope as I couldn't count that high. The extra 50 for the times that I flubbed it and stopped to take a sip of water. I tried really hard to go as long as possible each time as the pain of the rope hitting my toes or shins was a good incentive to keep good form and speed.
Was panting and winded by the end of it.
So today is the last day of food as I know it. From tomorrow it will be a whole new world albeit a mysterious one. Looks like I will have to wait for tomorrows email to learn more.

ReplyDeleteI have a photo of it from a few days ago. It has a counter in the handle and it either counts the calories burned or the number of reps.
I just bought it from the fitness section of Tokyu Hands -a hardware/department store in Tokyo that has everything. Wasn't the cheapest skipping rope on sale but given the 500 skipping day today it has already earned its value to me.
Aha, that's what I need... a skipping rope with a counter!
